I didn’t start this business because I wanted to become a coach.
I started it because after years in research, face-to-face interviews, and work with major brands, I knew there had to be a better way than telling people to make more static stuff and hope it worked.
My work taught me to notice the small things — hesitation, friction, what people skip, and what they actually respond to.
That changes how you build.
It gives you better decisions, better tools, and better ways to create something useful for the user and valuable for the business.
Because more isn’t always better.
But better changes everything.
